Cabinet Mount Instructions:
Place cabinet mount onto cabinet with hinge closed
To add the pick-up bag, simply lift the mount upwards and tuck one half of the mouth of the bag under the hooks.
Lower the cabinet mount back onto the cabinet door, which will lock the bag into place.
Scheduled Pick-Ups:
Once you have scheduled a pick-up, the pick-up bag must be placed outside of your front door or in front of your garage before 5AM on the day of your scheduled pick-up. Please be sure your pick-up bag is fully closed, or additional fees may apply. We will return your clean dishes same-day in the afternoon/evening.
DO NOT place the pick-up bag at the curb/street, as it may be mistaken for trash, recycling, or a freebee.
NOTE If you are subscribed to a valet trash service, be sure that your service days/times do not overlap.
ACCEPTABLE ITEMS
Be sure to dispose of all food scraps/chunks and trash before placing the dishes into your pick-up bag. Excessive amounts of food and/or trash may incur additional fees.
Wooden, *glass, electronic, or cast-iron dishware is currently unacceptable for service. Please do not place these items into your pick-up bin. *Certain types of glass dishware are acceptable, such as pot / pan lids made with sturdy, tempered glass, sturdy glass baking dishes, mason jars and glass tupperware.
